What bymia is (and isn't)

bymia is a software tool that helps you manage brand partnerships. It is not a talent agency, employment agency or employment business, and it does not act as your agent. Your AI manager drafts and organises; every commercial decision is yours, made through your explicit approval. Contracts are between you and the brand. Invoices are issued in your name and paid directly to you. bymia never holds or handles your money.

Your account

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the deals you approve. You can disconnect Gmail or close your account at any time.

The subscription

The manager plan is £50/month after a 14-day free trial, billed by Stripe, cancellable any time with effect from the end of the billing period. The free tier (rate card and contract checker) needs no card. During the pilot, sending may run in simulated mode; we tell you clearly which mode your account is in.

Management domains

Management domains (e.g. yournamemanagement.co.uk) are registered and owned by bymia and licensed to you for use while you subscribe. If you leave, you keep your Gmail, your history and your brand relationships; we will discuss transferring the domain where practical.

AI content

Drafts are AI-generated and can be imperfect. Review before approving; a draft never sends without your approval. bymia's AI never claims to be human and, if asked directly, discloses that it is your management assistant.

Liability

bymia is provided with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for the commercial outcome of deals you approve, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
